Roll Call <br />Councilmember Schroeder was absent due to illness. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn arrived at 6:05 p.m. <br />Roil Call: (Voting Order): Maschka, Klausing, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Call to Under Call to Order <br />Acting Mayor Kough called the regular meting to order at <br />6:05 p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City <br />Council meeting. <br />I. Public Comment Public <br />Acting Mayor Kough called for public comment by members Comment <br />of the audience. <br />A. Dan Roe, 2100 Avon Street N <br />Mr. Roe spoke to several issues from last week's Council <br />meeting: the tentative not -to- exceed 2004 City budget; <br />and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority budget. <br />B. Mayor Kysylyczyn arrived at 6:05 p.m. <br />C. Roger Hess, Jr., 1491 Wagener Place <br />Mr. Hess spoke to the hovers of operation of the Roseville <br />Visitor's Center and Roseville License Center, and some <br />city hall building design issues. <br />IY. Review Agenda Review <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on Agenda <br />the Consent Agenda. There were no comments. <br />
