I have probably spent 25 hours on this. I have heard the presentation at least 6 times, and could probably repeat it from memory. I even toured the facility, spent 3 hour in Brooklyn Park, talking to city employees, driving around the city following the recycling truck, and talking to Brooklyn Park residents. It appears that all you have for information is an unsigned flyer. will not waste my time debating some unsigned neighborhood flyer. on the bid issue, it is not hyperbole, it is fact. The water contract is due next January, there is only one source for water. I guess that means that we will have to issue $100 million in bonds to develop a second water source, so we can have two to pick from. In the mean time, I guess we will have to settle for battled grater as we gait a least a year for the second source to be built. Today I will call up Council member Pat Harris in Saint Paul, who sits on the water board, and tell him to turn off the water in January.
