She was so disgusted with hover the <br />Council handle the recycling issue, she would have called if she would have had a number to get through to the council <br />Chambers. She stated that she normally goes along With the Mayor, but he really turned her off on Monday night. <br />She would like the recycling program to remain as it is. <br />
