EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEV[LLE HELD SEPTEMBER 9, 1985 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r~gular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of ~amsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day of September, 1985 at 7: 30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, J)hnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. and the following were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following re;olution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7800 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITO~ TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE BONDS AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BOND; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $16,800 in th~ Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer frJm revenues received from the Golf Course Operations; and WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $250,000 in t1e General Improvement Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CJuncil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed tc reduce the 1985 tax levy for Golf Course Bonds - 1967 by $16,800 from $16,800 to -0-. 2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed tc reduce the 1985 tax levy for General Improvement Bonds, Series II, 1983 by $250,000 from $500,000 to $250,000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: all present. and, the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
