WIIEREA, The Roseville Planning Conunission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Davis request on September 3, 2003, recotnrnending (7 -0) approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow construction of a 960 square foot detached accessory building in the rear yard of <br />propel located at 2730 eggs Street based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of <br />Section 6 of the project report dated September 3, 2003; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Michael Davis for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section <br />1004.01 A4 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />11 A maximum detached accessory building size of 30 feet by 32 feet or 960 sq. #t. <br />2. A maximum impervious coverage of 3,564 sq. ft. or 35.6 %w <br />3. A maximum accessory building height of 15 feet to the mid -point of the roof <br />truss. <br />The detached accessory building being limited to the storage of residential <br />vehicles, lawn and garden items, seasonally used recreational vehicles or items <br />(snowmobiles), household items, and a dog kennel. <br />51 Submittal of a scaled site plan indicating existing and proposed conditions <br />consistent with the above variance conditions. <br />6. Windows being placed on the north and south building wall to break -up the <br />building wall. <br />7. Gutters installed along the eves of the detached accessory building and directed to <br />the parcel's interior yard (northeast) to reduce impacts to the adjacent residential <br />properties. <br />The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the <br />approved pans and variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />VV"HEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
