Terms and Conditions shall continue as set forth in the original Recycling <br />Agreement that apply for single sort with the exception of the Single Stream Pilot <br />Program which is hereby moot. <br />To the extent that the provisions of this Agreement are in conflict with the <br />requirements of the October 1, 2002 RFP, the RFP shall prevail. <br />The Contractor agrees that, if during the term of this five -year recycling contract, <br />any other contractor implements a single -sort cart system service at a lower <br />contract rate that meets all of the specifications included in this contract, to any <br />metropolitan area municipal agency that contracts for recycling collection service <br />ONLY, the Contractor agrees to match that rate. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement on the dates set forth <br />below. <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota Waste Management of Minnesota <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />Dated: <br />IN u*W-3.
