This Will allow pedestrian access and connectivity <br />between City Hall and other sidewalks and trails in this area without conflicting <br />with vehicles in the parking lot. The hid arnount for this alternate is $5,800. <br />Alt. 8 Alternate to add skylights to the vehicle garage in the Public Works Facility. This <br />will allow natural light into the facility and will reduce future energy costs. We <br />will receive some energy design rebate dollars from Xcel Energy for this alternate. <br />The bid amount is $36,735 for the skylights. <br />Alt. 19 Alternate to add additional power receptacles for holiday lighting along Civic <br />Center give. This work will begin this fall in conjunction with the street <br />lighting. The cost for this alternate is $15,235. <br />
