EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETINI; OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA SEPTEMBER 9, 1985 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, tle City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session a: the City Hall on Monday, the 9th day of September, 1985, at 7:3) o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Curler; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Johnson introduced the folloJing resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7801 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PR)VIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p.W-SS-85-16 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City )f Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted July 22, 1985, tle Council has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement including all that property lying South of Terminal Road extended to T.H. 35W, lying North of T.H. 36, lying East of a line 1130 feet more or less East of the centerline Fulham Street, ~nd West of T.H. 35W by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The Consulting Engineer was also directed to i1clude in the report the estimated cost of the proposed imprJvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed tJ be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in thE report is designated as Improvement No. P-W-SS-85-16. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on September 23, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the
