<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-SS-85-16 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City ot Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the <br />23rd day of September, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-W-SS-85-16 including all that property lying South of Terminal Road <br />extended to T.H.35W, lying North of T.H.36, lying East of a line 1130 ft more or <br />less East of the centerline Fulham Street, and.-West of T.H.35W by the installation <br />of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, ooncrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $481,900.
