EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of October 2011 at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following Members were present: McGehee,Wilimus,Johnson,Pust and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Council Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 10939 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING NEW APPLICATIONS AND CORRESPONDING FEES <br /> FOR ANNUAL OUTDOOR STORAGE AND DISPLAY, SEASONAL OUTDOOR <br /> SALES, SEASONAL OUTDOOR SALES,AND ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS <br /> WHEREAS, the City adopted a new zoning ordinance in December 2010 that created <br /> specific and/or revised requirements/processes for Annual Outdoor Storage and Display, <br /> Seasonal Outdoor Sales, and Temporary Event permits; and <br /> WHEREAS,the permits for receiving approval of a Annual Outdoor Storage and <br /> Display, Seasonal Outdoor Sales, and Temporary Event include specific fees; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City recently adopted requirements for Accessory Dwelling Units, which <br /> process requires an application and fee; and <br /> WHEREAS, permit fees are normally approved by the City Council once a year; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville Planning Division is seeking to establish the Annual Outdoor <br /> Storage and Display, Seasonal Outdoor Sales, Temporary Event, and Accessory Dwelling Unit <br /> process with the following fees <br /> a. Accessory Dwelling Unit=$100 <br /> b. Annual Outdoor Storage and Display and Seasonal Outdoor Sales = $50 <br /> c. Temporary Event= $25 <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br /> the creation of the following application and associated fees as identified above. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor: McGehee, <br /> Wilimus, Johnson, Pust and Roe <br /> and the following voted against.
