Attachment B CITY OF ROSEVILLE MAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7, SECTION 703.05 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING BUS BENCHES THE CITY OF RO EVILLE ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 703.05 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as follows: -1 - - r sr r 1 " r .r ,f wr . No bench of rhea may be placed or maintained in a public right of way without securing a permit from the public works director and the payment of an annual license fee of five dollars ($235.00) per bench. The number, size, and locations of all benches and shoken shall be in accordance with the city of Roseville /metro transit bus route plan. The Public works and Transl2ortation. Commission will review the Dual site application input =ar din g_the siting golication. A permit shall not be issued unless the bench and its placement comply with the following conditions: A. Bus stops: A bench y shall only be placed at a bus stop on an established bus route. B. Location: A bench shall be placed parallel to and no nearer than four feet (4) from the roadway curb or the edge of the roadway where no curb exists and shall not obstruct a pathway.
