Roberts), has requested City Council approval of " {Correction'" between two legal conforming lots in Roseville (property in question located at 1965 — 1981 Cleveland Avenue). 1.2 Section 1104.04D specifies the procedures for consideration and approval of a "Correction." Specifically, this section of the City Code states' "Correction": when a survey or description of parcel or let has been found to be inadequate to describe the actual boundaries, approval of a corrective subdivision may be requested. This type of subdivision creates no new lots or streets. The proposed corrective subdivision, in sketch plan form, along with a letter signed by all affected owners agreeing to the new subdivision, shall be submitted to the City Council for approval. No hearing or Planning Commission review is necessary unless the proposal is referred to the Commission by the Community Development Director for clarification. within 30 days after approval by the City Council, the applicant shall supply the final survey to the Conmnunity Development Director and City Manager for Teview and approval. After completion of the review and approval by the Community Development Director and City Manager, the survey shall be recorded by the applicant with the Ramsey County Recorder within 60 days.
