The Regulating Plan and amendments encourages suitable design practices <br /> that apply to buildings,private development sites, and the public realm in <br /> order to enhance the natural environment. <br /> 17. The Regulating Plan and amendments enhances the compatibility of site <br /> planning, internal traffic circulation, landscaping and structures within the <br /> Sub-Area 1 of Twin Lakes. <br /> 18. The Regulating Plan and amendments promotes and protects and will have a <br /> positive impact on the general public health, safety and welfare. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, that the foregoing findings and the Regulating Plan are hereby accepted and adopted. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Pust, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Pust, <br /> McGehee, Johnson; and Mayor Roe, <br /> and the following voted against the same: none, <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted on the 12th day of <br /> September, 2011. <br />
