Bid Package #2 was awarded on June 30, <br />2003. This bid package includes the building excavation, the east -in -place concrete for footings <br />and foundations and floors, precast concrete for walls and floors, structural steel for walls and <br />roofs, and structural steel erection. <br />Bid Package #3 included interior and exterior finishes, mechanical and electrical, roofing, and <br />landscaping. These bids were opened on August 11, 2003. This bid package included 38 hid <br />groups for various components of the proj <br />
