The porch addition being limited to the size indicated on the submitted plans, <br />including being limited to a 7 foot 6 inch extension on the front (south) of the <br />home and a 5 foot 4 inch extension one the side (west) on the home. <br />Gutters and downspouts must be installed along the eves of the porch to direct <br />runoff into the front and side yard of the parcel. <br />The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the <br />approved plans and variances, <br />7.0 PLANNING CO MMISSION ACTION. <br />7.1 on August 6} 2003, the Roseville planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the Korf variance request.
