I've spent quite a few hours reviewing the 1,500 page document myself. I've read the goals and the vision laid out by many citimm, city officials and off who toiled to create a picture of what lsevi l le is to be in the gears ahead. Here's some of the other information I saw in that plan that speaks against developing this parcel of property, and that I haven't heard discrtsscd publicly. 1 refer you to won 9 of the Comprehensive Plan that includes the parks and Recreation System plant One of the many action plans included in this document! cited on page 13, reads. You can build townhouses anywhere. And Roseville } s built quite a few of them in the last few ►ears. But there is very little open, green space left in Roseville.
