Concerned about leaves in surer
system if not picked up and/or disposed of at compost site - this would cause
bigger and more expensive problems for the City. Has Oak trees. The leaves are
heavier and can't be left on lawn. Takes 70 bags in fall, 30 -40 bags in spring....
recycles plastic bags. Trash haulers will tape 5 -6 bags per pick up. . would take
forever for trash haulers to remove all bags.
