You gentlemen had some sp6cif is questions. <br />raised some other issues upon review of the nuisance provision. You asked for an p ini on <br />based substantially on the following: <br />FACTS <br />The City has had inquiries regarding door -to -door advertising and distribution of door <br />hangers or handbills. The City Code provision regulating door-to-door sales is in the nuisance <br />definitions of § 407.0H). It reads as follows: <br />Peddling.- <br />1.
