Section 4. Ke ort to i and Film#` movies. <br />4.01. The executive director of the Authority is hereby instructed to transmit a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to the City Council for its consent to the <br />levies. <br />4.02. After the City Council has consented h y resolution to the levies, the <br />executive director of the Authority is hereby instructed to transmit <br />certified copy of this Resolution to the county auditor of Ramsey Counter, <br />Minnesota. <br />Adopted by Roard of the Authority this 15'h day of July, 2003. <br />1384193vl <br />
