The Hauling Plan includes the following: Section 1. - Housing Vision Statement - provides a statement about the preferred future, an expression of optimism f ocused on what the City's housing should look like in the next 10 years and beyond. Section 2. -Needs Assessment - provides a summary of the current hauling conditions and forecasts of demographic information and an indication of the importance of housing investment within the City. Section 3. - Housing Goals - establishes goals and sets policy regarding what needs to be done to achieve the City's dousing objectives. Section 4. - Action Steps \Implementation Strategies - outlines the programs that may be implemented to achieve each goal. Section 5. - BenChmarking - provides a framework to assess how the City is achieving its goals and meetings its housing objectives. It is understood that as housing structures age and the market needs change so will the goals and action steps in the Housing Program. Section I .
