The Hauling Plan includes the following: <br />Section 1. - Housing Vision Statement - provides a statement about the <br />preferred future, an expression of optimism f ocused on what the City's <br />housing should look like in the next 10 years and beyond. <br />Section 2. -Needs Assessment - provides a summary of the current <br />hauling conditions and forecasts of demographic information and an <br />indication of the importance of housing investment within the City. <br />Section 3. - Housing Goals - establishes goals and sets policy regarding <br />what needs to be done to achieve the City's dousing objectives. <br />Section 4. - Action Steps \Implementation Strategies - outlines the <br />programs that may be implemented to achieve each goal. <br />Section 5. - BenChmarking - provides a framework to assess how the City is <br />achieving its goals and meetings its housing objectives. It is understood <br />that as housing structures age and the market needs change so will the <br />goals and action steps in the Housing Program. <br />Section I .
