* Develop a separate HRA web Pace that can be linked from the City <br />home page to help promote and identify the HRA. Pursue an intern <br />from the Minneapolis School of Art and Design to work on the web <br />page design, format and linkages. <br />Produce an HRA brochure that can be provided to the genera! public <br />and at community functions such as Horne 6r Garden Shaw, City Open <br />House, Rasefest, Volunteer Banquet and annual meetings with the City <br />Council and City Commissions. Identified as a high priority for the <br />HRA. <br />• Provide Professional Development Qpportuni ties for the HRA's Board <br />of Commissioners and staff, including membership in the National <br />Association of Housing do Redevelopment Authorities (NAHRO), <br />Minnesota Chapter, Urban Land Institute and subscriptions to various <br />housing related publications. Identified as a high priority for the <br />HRA. <br />• Collaborate with the City Council., Commissions, 35W Corridor <br />Coalition, First Ring Suburban Group and other groups to ensure that <br />mousing opportunities within the first ring suburbs receives adequate <br />attention and that City residents have access to quality services. <br />Identified as a high priority for the HRA. <br />Explore the costs and benefits of partnering with the City and local <br />school districts on a "Gluality of Life "and school focused community <br />study.
