-oil 0--5, V Wall a gj 11 Rig *Ipjj I M want to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 11 th day ofAugust, 003, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None omcil Member intmduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: STATE A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE REWRITING PORTIONS OF TITLE 9 AND ADOPTING THE 2003 NUNNESOTA BUILDING AND UPDATES BUILDING AND SECTIONS CONSTRUCTION 90 THROUGH 905 OF THE OSEVI-�LE CL7WV CODE WHEREAS, the City Council hereby deterrnines that the text of the summary narked "Official Summary of Ordinance No. 1289, a copy of which is attached hereto, clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance adopted. on August 4, 2003 , and HEREA , the City Council, as described in Minnesota Statutes 412.191, hereby determines that publication of the title and such sununary will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a copy of this ordinance shall be available in the office of the City Manager, which copy shall be available for inspection by any persons wring regular office hours, fzher, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager shall publish the title and the official summary of this ordinance in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a prince copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office of the City Manager in City Hall located at 2660 Civic Center Drive. A copy of ` the ordinance and summary shall also be posted at the Deference Desk of the Roseville branch of the Ramsey County Library, 2160 Hamhne Avenue, Roseville, Mn. 55113 and on the internet web page of the City of Roseville Cwww.ci.-rosevil1e.mn.us j .
