EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE SEPTEMBER 9, 1985 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regula:' meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, COUlLty of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day of Septembl~r, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Demos, Curley, Franke, and Kehr, and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7802 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS NOS. 62812 AND 62842 BETWEEN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF RjMSEY, AND THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Agreement! No. 62812 and 62842 between the State of Minnesota, County of l.amsey, and the Ci ty of Roseville, for traffic signal, street li~ 'ht, and signing an emergency preemptive facilities on Fairview Avenue in the vicinity of Trunk Highway 36 be approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing res( ,lution was duly seconded by member Franke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Demos, Curley, Franke, and Kehr and the following voted against 1he same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passec. and adopted.
