<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />September 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 23, 1985, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br /> <br />Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, <br /> <br />Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7804 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-SS-85-16 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />P-W-SS-85-16 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and necessary <br />appurtenances on all that property lying South of Terminal Road <br />extended to T.H. 35W, lying North of T.H. 36, lying east of a <br />line 1130 feet more or less East of the centerline of Fulham <br />Street, and West of T.H. 35W, as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $481,900, and substan- <br />tially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasa- <br />bility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City <br />
