I"' egular City Council <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 10 <br />Ramsey County League of Local Governments (RCLLG). <br />Following discussion and ramifications of the various <br />options, staff was directed to complete the requested <br />survey and return it to the RCLLG as requested. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, directing staff to <br />complete the survey on behalf of the City Council, <br />indicating Option B (Reduce dues thirty percent - 30% - <br />with a $144 dues minimum) or Option C (Bare Bones <br />Budget). <br />Maschka amended, Kysylyczyn seconded, the amendment <br />to state a preference for Option B, with acceptance of <br />Option C if necessary. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays,: None. <br />M �I I S <br />VI. Public Hearings <br />As their appeared to be no immediate resolution to <br />interpretation of this procedural question, and the <br />discussion had been advertised as a Public Hearing, with <br />audience members in attendance and wishing to be heard, <br />discussion was allowed to proceed. <br />Councilmember Kough updated Councilmembers on <br />further research done by himself and several Roseville <br />civic organizations regarding previously-raised concerns <br />of Councilmembers. Those items addressed related to <br />Recognitions <br />Re- Consider <br />"Welcome to <br />Roseville" Signs <br />
