Approving Area -Wide Ground Water Investigation <br />Agreement with the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency as part of the Twin Lakes Environmental <br />Protection Agency (EPA) Grant Work Plan <br />Planning Consultant Thomas Paschke advised Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn of a member of the audience wishing to <br />comment on this Consent Agenda item. <br />Larry Sullivan, 3092 Fairview Avenue <br />Mr. Sullivan referenced the recently -held meeting at the <br />public library by citizens concerned with various <br />components of this proposed development; and <br />encouraged Councilmembers to extend the time for <br />deliberation of this extensive proposed development. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn responded to Mr. Sullivan's concerns, <br />even though irrelevant to this agenda item, and <br />encouraged his attendance at the upcoming developer- <br />sponsored public informational meeting scheduled for <br />Tuesday, July 22, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Marriott <br />Courtyard; as well as the upcoming August 6, 2003 <br />Planning Commission meeting where the proposal will be <br />presented again at the scheduled Public Hearing. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, authorizing the <br />Mayor and City Manager to execute the Area Wide <br />Ground Water Investigation Agreement between the City <br />of Roseville and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, <br />pending final review by the City Attorney. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays.
