Regular City Council Minutes — 07/21/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 37 <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn advised that a proposal for Tax District No. 12, <br />Increment District #12 would be coming forvvard for Request for Staff <br />Council action by the Housing and Redevelopment Analysis <br />Authority (HRA) at the July 2$, 2003 meeting. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, directing staff to <br />provide Councilmembers with an extensive research <br />analysis for all potential issues concerning Tax Increment <br />Financing (TIF) #12, including HRA and City <br />reimbursement of clean up costs for building on site and <br />any other related issues. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />B. Twin Lakes Development Proposal <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reiterated his concern regarding <br />misinformation that was being circulated and encouraged <br />public attendance at the two upcoming meetings by <br />scheduled by developers of the proposed Twin Lakes <br />development project. <br />
