In draf�ng that letter we focused on the Code provisions that were faro our attention. Subsequent to that letter, we noticed that section . should also be amended to reflect that under the new conceal and carry law the City cannot restrict the possession of handguns. We understand that attempts will he made during the next legislative session to give cities the authority to restrict guns on their property. When, or if, that happens Section 503.02 can again he amended to reflect that change.
