The hours for the sale of intoxicating or nonintoxicating liquor for <br />consumption on the premises shall he those allowed under Minnesota Statute 340A.504., <br />except as provided by subdivision 2. <br />uhd r 2., No sale of 'Intoxicating or noninto icatin 1 uor for consunp t on on the <br />remises mgy he made between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m, on Mondays. <br />E TIO1 : Title Three, Section 302.10(A) of the Roseville City Code is amended to read <br />as follows: <br />A. Thirty Minute Restriction: All patrons of an on -sale establishment selling intoxicating <br />liquor or noninto icating malt liquor must vacate the premises within thirty (30) <br />.minutes of the : two o } clock (2:00) A. M. termination of sales on <br />weekdays and Saturdays, and within thirty (30) minutes of the twelve o'clock (12:00) <br />midnight termination of sales on Sunday. Any patron who remains on the licensed <br />premises or any licensee or licensee's employee who allows a patron to remain on the <br />licensed premises beyond the thirty (30) minute limit is In violation of this subsection. <br />A <br />(Ord. 1056, 3 -16 -1989) <br />SECTION 3: Effective date.
