Zoo RE: 1992 Cleveland Ave. Dear Mr. Eggessa: Two letters have previously been sent in regard to ongoing public nuisance violations at the property referenced above which has been found to be in violation of Chapter 4 Section 407 of` the Roseville City Code. A reinspection of the property on June 200' revealed these piahl IC Nuisances have not been corrected. These violations include: Several brush piles need to be removed. These are on the East. South and West sides of' the property and consist of cut logs and accumulated brush. This is a violation of 407.02 dr D of the City Code. The piles of cut logs could be moved and stacked if done so in compliance with 407.03 G (6" off the ground, maximum 6' high, neatly stacked and In a side or rear yard). Building materials such as old plywood and corrugated sheet metal and trusses are stored outside on loth the East and west sides of the garage. This is a violation of Sections 407.0 D, 407.02 L, and 407.03 H of the City Code. These materials must be played inside the garage or removed from the property. On June 501 ., after noticing a new pile of gravel in your driveway we notified y ou that gravel is not an acceptable driveway surface and if your intentions were to expand the driveway a permit was required. On ,tune to' it was observed that the gravel had been spread and that it encompassed a larger area than the previous driveway. This is a violation of 7o.) .04 B.7 and 703.02 A. work on this new driveway must stop immediately until a permit is obtained. Please bring in a site plan showing the new boundary of the driveway and an approved surface material (concrete, asphalt or pavers). The drainage swale on the North side of your property remains uncompleted. It must be deeper, surfaced with a ground cover and be located totally within your property line, Plastic buckets and tubs were again noticed stored outside behind your garage. This is a violation of 407.02 D of the Roseville City Code.
