A subsequent re-inspection on June 4th revealed that some things had been corrected. They are noted below, and I thank you for each one of them. Today I am writing to ask that the remaining items be corrected within 14 days of the date of this letter. I must tell you, as a matter of form, that failure to comply with this request will be met with a $100 Administrative Ticket and possible -ther action. This is, I believe, a wholly unnecessary step as the solution to this problem is so readily at hand. Please, do me a favor and comply with this request right away. Several brush piles need to be removed., 407.02 D these are located on the east and west side of the property consisting of cut logs and accumulated brush. Building materials such as old plywood and corrugated sheet metal must be removed or stored inside a shelter. 407.02D & 40703.H 407.02L Concrete forms need to be stored in a shelter such as your garage. 407.02L [Thi's correction has been made] Tease note that gravel is not an approved substance for surfacing of new driveway areas. All driveways must have an improved surface constructed of asphalt, concrete or paver blocks. A permit is required for this work. Existing driveways may remain. 703.04 7 The drainage swale on the north side of your residence is substantially complete. However, it should be totally wiin your property line, deeper and also requires a surface covering such as grass. please complete the Swale and over -cover it with grass seed or sod. 4
