Such an accessory building shall be set back a minimum of twenty feet (20') from any right of <br />4 way. <br />5 12. Accessary Building And Garden Shed Color, Design And Materials: The exterior color, design, <br />6 and/or materials of an accessory building shall he similar to the principal structure. Corrugated metal <br />7 siding and corrugated metal roofs shall be prohibited. <br />8 13. Driveway Required: Any accessory building capable of storing one or more motorized vehicles <br />9 shall be provided with a hard-surfaced driveway to an adjacent public street. However, if the primary <br />10 purpose of the building is for residential ( not commercial) equipment, material, seasonally used <br />11 recreational vehicle or a seasonally driven vehicle or collectible} a hard surface is not required. <br />12 14. Requirements For Districts Other Than -1 And R-2: Accessory buildings in <br />1 districts other than I -1 and R -2 districts shall be placed in the rear yards and must meet <br />14 the same principal structure side and rear setbacks, } and exterior finish regulations as a <br />15 principal structure for the zoning district in which it is located, in addition to these requirements. <br />16 15. Building permit Required: A building permit shall be required for all detached accessory <br />17 buildings and a garden shed. A building perrnit application must include a site plan establishing all <br />18 property lines and required dimensional setbacks, roof and surface drainage plan and building <br />19 elevations. The total minimum lot requirements for structures housing three (3) or more dwelling units in any <br />R district may be reduced by one hundred (1 00) square feet per dwelling unit if the property involve <br />3 is contiguous to a B or an I district. <br />4 2.
