Site Plan Drawing Necessary <br />A. All applications for a building permits in all distracts, shall include a site plan, <br />drawn to scale and dimensioned, which in part depicts the location of vehicle <br />parking and loading areas in compliance with the following requirements. <br />�IWUTIWIIJUIXII - <br />A. The total minimum lot requirements for structures housing three (3) or more <br />dwelling units in any R District may be reduced by one hundred 100) square <br />feet per dwelling unit if the property involved is contiguous to a B or an 1 <br />District. The total minimum lot area requirements for structures housing three (3) or <br />more dwelling units in any R District may be decreased by three hundred <br />(300) square feet for each parking space that is prodded under the principal <br />use structure or, in some other manner, underground which allows use of the <br />grade level above such space for other parking, yard or recreation space. <br />(1004.01B) <br />2 <br />
