Driveways on County or State Roads: where new principal structures are <br />constructed on lots contiguous to roadways designated as major thoroughfares <br />3 in the City's Comprehensive Plan, driveways servicing such lots shall be <br />4 designed and constructed so as to provide a vehicle turnaround facility within <br />5 the lot. (703. BIO) <br />6 <br />7 11 . Drainage: Off-street parking areas shall be so graded and drained so as to <br />S dispose of all surface water. Drainage glans shall be subject to the approval of <br />9 the City Engineer. <br />to <br />11 D. Access To County or State Roads: on properties having frontage on both major <br />12 and minor roads, access shall be provided via the minor road wherever feasible in <br />13 order to reduce the number of curb cuts on major thoroughfares.
