However, establishments authorized herein to serve intoxicatigg liquor on Sundays in conjunction with the sale of food may sell intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises between the Hours of 12:00 p.m. on Sunday and 12:00 a.m. on Monday. SECTION 2: Title Three, Section 302.10(A) o f the Roseville City Code is amended to read as follows: A. Thirty Minute Restriction: All patrons of ` an ors -sale establishment selling intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor must vacate the premises within thirty (30) minutes of the two o'clock (2:00) A.M. termination of sales on weekdays and Saturdays, and within thirty (30) minutes of the twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight termination of sales on Sunday. Any patron who remains on the licensed premises or any i i censee or licensee's employee who allows a patron to remain on the licensed premises beyond the thirty (3o) minute limit is in violation of this subsection.
