He <br />currently serves as the Secretary for the <br />Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers. Mr. <br />Smith is also a member of the Governing <br />ouncH for the MSBA Labor and Employment <br />Law Section. He is a member of the Planning <br />Committee for the 2001 Midwest Employment <br />Law Institute, the Iargest employment law <br />se min ar in the Midwest.
