Minutes Regular City Council Minutes — 3/31/03 <br />DRAFT <br />Project, <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10086 entitled, "Resolution Authorizing <br />Use of City Property at Snelling Avenue and County <br />Road C for Storm Wafer Retention in Conjunction with <br />the County Road C Reconstruction Project." <br />Roll Cali <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />E. Authorizing Rosetown Players-' Summer'Performance <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, authorizing the <br />City of Roseville Tent to be erected in Central Park off <br />Dale Street from Judy 7, 2003 through July 28, 2003 for <br />the purpose of producing the Community Theatre <br />Performance "Redhead," contingent upon staff review <br />and approval of the final operations plan. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None, <br />F. Authorizing Fire Department Grant Application <br />(This item was removed from the Consent Agenda) <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn expressed several concerns regarding <br />the status of the Fire Department (not fail-time), and the <br />level of care provided by the City's Emergency Medical <br />Technicians (EMT's); the status of Council action on the <br />Department's proposed Strategic Plan; and the <br />appropriateness of the Department's application for these <br />specific grant funds, having received information on the <br />Rosetown Players' <br />Summer <br />Performance <br />F I <br />*re Department <br />Grant Application <br />
