City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1280 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE FOUR <br />RECYCLING <br />THE CITY of ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1: Title 403 of the Roseville City code is amended to read as follows <br />(changes shorn as strikeouts and underlines): <br />CHAPTER 403 <br />RECYCLING COLLECTION <br />SECTION: <br />403.01: <br />Purpose <br />403.02: <br />Definitions <br />403.03: <br />scavenging for Recyclables; <br />License <br />403.04: <br />License for Recycling contractor <br />403.05: <br />Requirements for License <br />40106: <br />Expiration of License <br />403.07: <br />Revocation <br />403.03: <br />Licensee's Equipment <br />403.09: <br />Report to city <br />403.10: <br />Recycling Service <br />403,11: <br />Hours of Collection <br />403.12: <br />Placement of Containers for <br />Collection <br />403.13: <br />Recycling Fee <br />403.01: PURPOSE: It is the intent of the City' by means of this chapter, to establish a <br />system of curbside recycling for Residential Dwellings and Multi- Family complexes in the city. <br />(Ord. 1093, 8-12-91) <br />403.02: DEFINITIONS: As used in this Chapter, the following words and terms shall have <br />the meanings ascribed to therm in this section: <br />CURBSIDE: The area of public right of war between the property line and the curb or edge of <br />the street, but not on the street. <br />4 <br />g IVt <br />CURBSIDE RECYCLING: The regularly scheduled collection of targeted recyclables by a <br />recycling contractor selected by the City. <br />MULTI - FAMILY COMPLEXES: A dwelling unit, or series of dwelling units, such as an apartment <br />complex, that does not fit the definition of Residential Dwelling in this section. <br />
