CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO . 1158 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 239.020 OIL THE CITY CODE OF � <br />CITY OF R OSEVILLE CHANGING THE DATE FOR MMICIFAL PRIMARY <br />ELECTIONS. <br />The City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br />hereby ordain: <br />I. <br />Section 239.020 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br />hereby amended to read, as follows: <br />239.020. PRA IMARY ELECTION DATE <br />Whenever there are candidates for election to <br />municipal office in excess of two for the Office of Mayor <br />or in excess of two for each Office of Counci lmember, <br />then a municipal primary election shall he held for such <br />office or offices on the first Tuesday after the second <br />Monday in September prior to the general election date. <br />II ,Y <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />27th day of March <br />A'T'TEST <br />City Manager f -, <br />J1 I99S. <br />Mayor u <br />
