Both businesses hold liquor licenses. <br />1.2 The use listed above is a permitted use in B- (Retail Business) zoning district. 017 <br />Mexico has leased off -site (but nearby) parking presumably for their employees} and <br />parking is adequate to serve the additional customer capacitor. <br />1.3 The City Code states that a license is required to serve intoxicating beverages. In addition <br />Section 3 02. 11 states that saps outside of the structure requires permission of the City <br />Council; the fee is $25.00 and written notice must be sent to ad' acent property owners. <br />(Staff has sent notice and this staff report to adjacent property owners.) <br />1.4 The Council may approve or deny, or add conditions to the approval such as screening, <br />noise liruitations, and hours of operation. <br />Next Page <br />
