EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVTr_r.F Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Counter of Ramseur, Minnesota, was held on the 8'h day of April, 2003, at 630 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 503 SQUARE FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01-A6 OF THE R05EVI LLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1251 ROMA AVENUE (PF 3462) WHEREAS, Gerald Voermmans has requested a variance to Section 1004.01 A6 of the Roseville City Code for the allowance to construct a living area addition, sidewalk, and entry stoops onto the existing hone; and at as WHEREAS, the Voermans parcel is located at 1251 Roan Avenue and legally described Lot 15, Block 1, Gottfried PIN 15-29-23-43-0017 WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A6 limits a residential parcel in Roseville ille to a maximum impervious coverage of 30% base on the parcel/lot size} and WHEREAS, Mr. voermans has a lot size of 10,800 square feet, which affords the parcel 3,240 square feet of impervious area; and WHEREAS, the Voermans parcel has a current total impervious coverage of 3,209 square feet, which total complies with the 30% maximum coverage allowance; and WHEREAS, Mr. voermans proposes to add 503 square feet of home and site improvements, which would increase the total impervious coverage for the parcel to 3,743 or 35% or an overage of 503 square feet from that which is allowed by the City Code; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission field the public hearing regarding the voermans variance request (Section 1004.01 A6) on April 2, 2003, and recommended (7 -0) approval of the request, based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 Pf the project report dated April 2, 2003.
