<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />September 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 23, 1985, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7805 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-85-23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br />City of Roseville, on the east side of Snelling Avenue between <br /> <br />Snelling Curve and County Road C by the construction of bitumi- <br /> <br />nous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, <br /> <br />drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the <br />Council on September 20, 1985, is hereby declared to be signed by <br />the required percentage of the owners of property affected <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />
