Regular City i ■ <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page <br />Councilmember Schroeder sought staff clarification <br />regarding the approximate number of households <br />affected if the AGI were raised to $50,000. <br />Finance Director Miller, in reviewing 2000 census <br />dada, attempted to estimate the number of households <br />that would be eligible. <br />There was some dispute among Councilmembers and <br />staff regarding the projected households represented <br />with the data. <br />Roll Call (Kysylyczyn Second Amendment) <br />Ayes: Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and Koughb <br />Kysylyczyn moved, without a second, an amendment <br />to provide cap for AGI at $104,000. <br />Kough called for a majority vote to close debate and <br />return to the original motion. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn withdrew his amendment. <br />Further discussion ensued regarding the main <br />motion. <br />Councilmember Klausing concurred with several <br />comments made by Mir.
