Consider United Properties Purchase Agreement United Properties <br />for City -Owned Arona Site Purchase <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, approval Agreement for <br />of a Purchase Agreement between the City of City-Owned <br />Roseville and United Properties, 3500 West 80thh Arona Site <br />Street, Minneapolis, MN; with an earnest money <br />payment of $10,000 and a sale price of $1,300,000 <br />from United Properties for the 13.7 acre city -owned <br />Arona. site; subject to final density for Phase II and <br />review and comment by the City Attorney and City <br />Manager. <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />provided a bench handout consisting of an updated <br />Purchase and Sale Agreement; and noted that United <br />Properties had already signed the document. <br />Mr. Welsch addressed Council questions, and <br />advised that the closing was anticipated within sixty <br />(60) days; and a full accounting of dollars would be <br />provided to the Council in the near future, including <br />the costs to construct the road, extension of Terrace <br />Drive, as well as pond and pathway improvements. <br />Rol!
