Regular City Council Minutes — 4/28/03 <br />DRAVI" Minutes - Page 23 <br />Councilmember Kough requested that staff review <br />and make a recommendation, as part of the project <br />management process, that the architects and <br />mechanical engineers coordinate alternatives and <br />maintenance agreements for the updated equipment. <br />Maschka moved, with the Chair declaring no <br />recognition of a second for authorization for staff to <br />receive proposals from at least three (3) mechanical <br />contractors for the installation of the roof -top cooling <br />units, including all piping, accessories, electrical, and <br />structural work needed to accommodate the new <br />system at a cost not to exceed $50,000. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, and <br />Kysylyczyn, <br />Nays: None. <br />B.
