REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTON: <br />tarhucks' Corporation in cooperation with walpert Properties (property owner) seek <br />approval of a conditional use permit to allow the installation of a new drive -thru window <br />and order hoard at their fast food convenience restaurant at 2305 Fairview Avenue Forth. <br />1.2 The conditional use permit process for this request allows the City to consider <br />compatibility with adjoining properties; impacts on traffic, public facilities, and property <br />values; impact on the general health, safety, and public welfare; and compatibility with <br />the City's comprehensive plan.
