As such, there is a wade <br />representation of land uses adjacent to the study area. <br />The proposed development is consistent with the City of Roseville rs redevelopment and reinvestment <br />planning for the area and represents an effort to revitalize an existing business area and improve the <br />access, circulation and aesthetic quality of development within the district. The proposed <br />development would also engage the natural resources of the area into the plan by preservm' their <br />place as an attractive quality and focal point of the overall design of the district. <br />19 <br />
