EXTRACT of MEETING MINUTE OF CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ROE ILLS RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Counter of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 2nd day of June, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: and and the following members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 9 I . �91 WHEREAS, a request from Roseville Properties, owner of four of the six commercial properties that have frontage on Oakcrest Avenue, frern Prior Avenue to Fairview Avenue, for the installation of street lights was received by the City Council; and ATHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted April 7, 2003 ordering the preparation of a feasibility report on Project UL-98-1 0; and WHEREAS, staff has completed a feasibility report for the installation of street lights on Oakcrest Avenue; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given for the public improvement hearing; Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the City Council orders the proposed construction of Improvement U- L -03 -11 consisting of the installation of street lights on Oakcrest Avenue at a total cost presently estimated to be 7 1,22 3.3 8 o f which 100% is proposed to be assessed to the following commercial properties along Oakcrest Avenue: 092923210006 1925 OAKCREST AVE w 092923210007 1901 OAKCRE T AVE w 092923 21 0009 2575 FAIRVIEW AVE N 092923210010 1 860 OAKCRE T AVE / 2525 FAIRVIEW AVE I 092923210011 1900 OAKCREST AVE w 092923210012 1920 OARET AVE w 092923220014 1975 OAKCREST AVE w 092923220015 1970 OAK RE T AVE The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the foxlowing voted in favor thereof: and the fallowing voted against the same: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
