Regular City Council Minutes — 06/16/03 <br />DRAFF Minutes _ Page 34 <br />Councilmember Kough opined that by contacting the <br />City's Administrative Secretary, they could receive legal <br />notices. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, directing staff to <br />provide a brief fiscal note on the implementation of <br />providing legal notices to the public in conformance with <br />similar notes to Statute 13D; and in addition to provide <br />comment on separating residential versus commercial <br />C. Consider Approving a "Welcome to Roseville" Sign <br />Program <br />Councilmember Kough presented five civic organizati( <br />interested in pursuing the ordering and installation <br />"Welcome to Roseville" signage; and presented <br />proposed design for the signage. <br />Consider <br />Approving a <br />ins "Welcome to <br />of Roseville" Sign <br />a Program <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwartz identified several <br />locations that may be appropriate, as outlined on the map <br />presented by Councilmember Kough. Councilmember <br />Kough advised that four of the five clubs had made <br />commitments of $500 each toward the signs; with $200 <br />donated, and promises of another $300 toward the project. <br />Councilmember Kough requested, and endorsed, four (4) <br />signs for installation, with direction to the City's Public <br />Works Department to oversee their installation.. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, approval of <br />"Welcome to Roseville" signs as presented and directing <br />staff to install signs in compliance with all City, County <br />and Stake regulations. ZI <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn noted that his motion did not include <br />accepting donations, which would be considered under <br />separate Council action upon receipt of such donations. <br />City Attorney Squires concurred. <br />
