Regular City Council Minutes — 06116/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 9 <br />Council. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn opened the Public Hearing at 7:43 p.m. <br />and reviewed the hearing process. <br />City Manager Beets reported no additional written <br />comment received by staff to -date regarding this project. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn expressed appreciation, on behalf of <br />the City Council and staff for their assistance throughout <br />the process. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn responded, along with Mr. Welsch, on <br />the anticipated time frame for completion of the park in <br />the 2003 and 2004 construction seasons, with planned <br />opening in the fall of 2004 to allow for the mayor grading <br />required throughout the site; first lift of the expanded <br />roadway this year, with final lift planned for 2004 to allow <br />larger equipment use prior to final road construction. <br />With no one else appearing for or against, Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn closed the Pubic Hearing at 7:45 p.m. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />8.2 <br />Kough moved, Maschka seconded, holding the second <br />reading and approval of Ordinance No. 1282 entitled, "An <br />
